The Mustangs suffered a down year by their normal standards in 2011; they did not win a game in district, and lost out in first round of playoffs for the first time since 2001.
This year the Mustangs look to build from that learning experience, and take all the lessons learned to see if they were paying attention.
However, they have A LOT of hard work to do to be able to keep pace with the top teams in D1, as the competition is strong this year, with St. Agnes moving up to D1 level
